Dear Colleagues,

The Hartford Geriatric Social Work Initiative (HGSWI), with support from the John A. Hartford Foundation, will host celebrations at the 2012 Gerontological Society of America and Council on Social Work Education annual meetings to honor the HGSWI’s many successes over the past decade-plus. During the celebrations, a “slide show” of photos and anonymous quotes from HGSWI participants will be displayed—providing an engaging visual of the impact that the HGSWI has had on its program participants and award recipients.

If you are willing to participate, please take a few minutes to offer your comments about the impact of the HGSWI. We hope the survey questions will inspire ideas, but please feel free to write whatever you wish.

We also seek photographs taken during HGSWI events, such as Initiative-sponsored meetings, institutes, and other formal and informal gatherings. If you have any appropriate photos you are willing to share, please attach them to an email and send them to hartford.evaluator@gmail.com. Feel free to send as many as you wish.
